Sourcing confirmed
Your chosen bag, variant, and seller have been locked for purchasing.
Approved 1688 Bags requests usually move through seller confirmation, QC inspection, repacking, export handoff, and final DDP delivery. Use your sourcing or invoice reference below to check the latest status and read what each stage means.
Enter the sourcing or invoice reference from your confirmation email or sourcing conversation. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you should see the latest tracking progress.
Status tracking matters because sourced bag requests move through several stages before final delivery, and the parcel may stay quiet for short periods while export or customs steps are being completed.
| Stage | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| Sourcing | Seller and variant have been confirmed for the approved sourcing path. |
| QC | The bag is being checked, repacked, or prepared for dispatch. |
| Transit | The export parcel is moving through line-haul or customs steps. |
| Delivery | The parcel has entered the destination network for final handoff. |

The parcel is moving through line-haul transport, customs, or destination processing.
The parcel has reached the destination network and is being delivered to you.
Tracking usually becomes available after sourcing, QC, repacking, and export booking are completed. Most buyers receive a live tracking update shortly after the parcel is handed to the line-haul carrier.
Cross-border bag requests often move in batches. It is normal to see a quiet period while export scanning, flight allocation, customs clearance, or destination handoff is in progress.
If several sourced bags are consolidated into one shipment, tracking updates will normally appear only after the final parcel is packed and dispatched as one export order.
Use the contact page and send your sourcing reference, destination country, and the latest tracking screenshot. We can then check the sourcing record, QC handoff, and route timeline for you.
